The mission of the Admissions Committee is to admit a diverse class of outstanding students who show great promise for becoming creative leaders in medicine and science. The committee has direct responsibility and final authority for determining who is admitted to Yale School of Medicine for both the MD and the Medical Scientist Training Program. (MD-PhD program). Our admissions process is led by an executive committee, working with three interviewing subcommittees.
